NEDA ISAACS

Born and raised in Cape Town, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town, graduating with a Class Medal in Clinical Physiotherapy. I went on to further my academic development by completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Physiotherapy.
My career in sport began in rugby, where I worked as a physiotherapist with False Bay Rugby Club for four years. I then progressed to Western Province Rugby Union, contributing to the junior men’s structure while also assisting with long-term rehabilitation with the Stormers squad. In 2024, I was selected to join the Springbok Women’s 15 medical team, culminating in participation at the 2025 Rugby World Cup.
Alongside rugby, I have extensive experience in netball, having spent seven years in the sport. I initially served as Head of Medical for the Western Cape Tornados, competing in the Telkom Netball League for five years. I later joined the Maties Netball and Basketball medical teams for 2023 to 2025.
In addition to my work in high-performance sport, I am actively involved in private practice, with a particular focus on the adolescent athlete. I have worked closely with various schools in the Southern Suburbs, managing a wide range of conditions. My areas of expertise include neuromuscular skeletal (NMS), orthopaedics and sports physiotherapy, adolescent sports injuries and concussion management.

My name is Juleiga, I am a young, ambitious physiotherapist from Cape Town, South Africa. I graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2022. I’ve been working in private practice for the past 3 years and have a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. I am passionate about holistic treatment, rehabilitation and optimised recovery. I work with various sporting teams like Maties Netball and Basketball, SK Walmers Rugby club and have some experience with rugby youth weeks.

Nokulunga Peter was born and raised in Grahamstown and has been a valued member of the Neda Isaacs Physiotherapy team for four years. She brings warmth and dedication to her role as receptionist and is often the first friendly face clients encounter, setting the tone for every visit with her calm, welcoming presence.
A devoted mother to her two daughters, family is at the heart of everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing — a hobby that allows her to express her creativity and find a moment of calm amid a busy life.
